What the plan covers, and what happens when payment fails.

One plan

Veltic Managed is a single monthly plan covering PostgreSQL, applications, functions, storage and realtime. There are no advertised per-feature quotas.

What fair use means

No advertised quota is not the same as no limit. Available server capacity, hard container limits and technical platform boundaries still apply. Unusual usage is reviewed internally, and review produces a conversation rather than a silent resource failure.

Failed payment

You can still sign in and open billing. Platform mutations are blocked while a subscription is inactive and are restored after successful reactivation. Already issued short-lived tickets and existing direct PostgreSQL connections keep their lifetime; billing is a control-plane gate, not a database role revocation.
